A Murewa farm built to feed Zimbabwe
Zvanaka Estates began with a simple observation: Zimbabwe's demand for quality chicken and eggs is growing faster than reliable supply.
Where we started
We started with a handful of houses on family land in Murewa, learning batch by batch what it takes to raise birds that finish well in Zimbabwean conditions — heat, feed price swings, power interruptions and all.
Every lesson went into systems: brooding routines, biosecurity protocols, feed and mortality records, and a costing model that keeps our pricing competitive without compromising bird quality.
Today Zvanaka Estates supplies butcheries, restaurants, lodges and traders, and works with small-scale growers who buy chicks and advice from us.
